*While in the barracks and on patrol, Chari asks probing questions of her Harmonium comrades. She asks them if the Guvners ever spoke to them about potentially missing operatives*

*She does not receive word, at least from this venue, on the operatives, although when she would return to her bunk after a patrol a superior officer informs her of a meeting arranged with an ally of the Harmonium, a wizard from one of their prime worlds known for his abilities at divination. When he arrives she will be informed and is to bring the wand to him. If he determines any useful information, she is authorized to recruit a few adventurers to investigate. The Harmonium does not wish to endanger many of their own on this as it could lead to some manner of trap, although it is perhaps best she not discuss this with those she recruits. Regardless, she is being given the honor of arranging any expeditions necessary to deal with the matter. Additionally, should she feel the need she is permitted to call upon the help of another member of her order.*

The Harmonium is given a report of assumed killer of two and are adviced to keep an eye out for this one.


A female drow escaped what is thought to be the killer of the other two victims. The drow gives a vivid description of the suspect. She gives a description of the weapon used and shows a mark on her neck where she was cut slightly. She escaped because an ogre had spotted the two in a alleyway and he yelled out, startling the suspect and allowing the drow to escape. The ogre too gave a description of the suspect but it wasn't to vivid though it concurred with the Drow's. Harmonium are on the lookout for people who fit the description.

Body Build: Srong for an elf.
Skin: Didn't get a good look.
Hair: Red.
Eyes: Red.
Race: Elfy.

Disrupting the peace, theft of an officers property, consorting with violent figures.
Situation:
The subject was detained and put on trial on the spot. The subject has been found guilty and taken to the Mercykillers for appropriate punishment, it should be noted all previous crimes the subject has commited have been stricken from record as per the Guvners rules.

Second subject:
Bergimon Fellblade Wrinn
Crime:
Violent behaviour towards an officer, violent behaviour towards the previous subject.
Situation:
The subject was detained and put on trial on the spot. The subject has been found guilty and taken to the Mercykillers for appropriate punishment, it should be noted all previous crimes the subject has commited have been stricken from record as per the Guvners rules.

Third Subject:
Unknown, Drow.
Crime:
Violent behaviour towards officers, attempted murder, consorting with the first subject.
Situation:
The white haired dark skinned drow summoned a Balor not far from the Harmonium headquaters and a Vampire. The subject has not been detained nor captured and is thus on the loose.

Things of note:

In response to Measure One Cratten's report I believe the name of the elf in question may be Anastarian. The description matches an elf figure I have met in person previously.

Description: Drow, white haired tied in a ponytail, short around 5'5, black skin, mage of remarkable talent

Crime: interference of Harmonium, summoning dangerous hostile creatures within the city proper, slaying one harmonium officer, and evading arrest and prosecution , as well as casting dangerous spells that harmed others.

Notes: Fate decided by presiding Guvner. Subject is to be arrested on sight and if he resists, killed then his body delivered to the cells so that he may face proper justice.

New report from Notary Amaku Yamikaze.

We have recently arrested a fellow named Ymerion, he has openly confessed to the murder of one Yasmine. The events to a human female witness account (Yasher) yet unnamed are as follows:

Apparently Ymerion went intentionally to Khazeets tavern where he without warning violently attacked Yasmine and killed her in the middle of the street in cold blood. As a response, an Orc named Vorg, crippled the attacker and left him for dead. As a response, a second agressor, previous offender Bergimon Fellblade slew Vorg the Orc. The chaotic situation ended with Ymerion and Bergimon retreating and the remaining two being ressurected by the witness.

Currently Ymerion has been fined and is confined to Sigil. His trial is pending on

Bergimon Fellblade has turned himself in willingly and has paid a twothousand fivehundred jink fine, he will be put on trial in addindum.

The Kender named Dram, along with an elf in pink and another halfling clothed in black and blue attempted to draw my attention to the recent killings of our brothers, then pretend there was someone in distress out of sight of the main bazaar.

These idiots have been trouble besides the recent arrests, and have threatened our brothers and myself before. I warn all on duty to ignore their words and disbelieve any claims they might make until proof can be found to remove my suspicions.
