"Lady Arnders.
It has been an honor to support and assist the upholding of the machine that is the law of Sigil, doing so has no doubt taken one more step towards the Harmonization of Sigil and the multiverse. We will of course present the files requested but we will review the files you have selected and when and if we are ready we will execute the arrest of the suspected individuals with extreme effeciency, as for the Harmonium officer in question, we will deal with him in house before submitting him to the legal system of Sigil. We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we are one of the largest forces of Harmony in the multiverse, we have alot of ground to cover and many many things on our plate but sometimes, unfortunately something slips beneath our notice.
Since your investigation is concluded your team has twenty four hours to clear out of the archives, their security clearance is now revoked, all passwords nullified, anyone caught within the archives or trying to gain access to them from now on under the guise of the now closed investigation will be dealt with accordingly. In addition the three week observation period begins now, I have chosen several men and assigned each of them to one of your team as...probationary officers if you will. They will be accompanying your team members in both an observational role and as a security factor for the next three weeks as per our agreement, I expect them and their needs/requests to be complied with swiftly in a return gesture of cooperation. The presence of the soldiers is to both ensure the safety of our on going investigations, the matter you are currently building a case for and of course to protect your investigators on a physical level as the case proceeds.
Should you have any problem with the men assigned please report to me and I will find a suitable replacement. See their names and background information attached to this document.
*All of the listed soldiers have perfect service records, spotless performances and an absolutely unwavering, unquestionable dedication to the Harmonium, its beliefs and its members.

The files once reviewed by the Harmonium before sending them would consist of several orders of arrest all at lady's ward addresses and an order to reduce Harmonium presence in the hive. Shortly a letter would arrive reiterating this.

I appreciate your concern on the matter of our decision to reduce our forces in certain districts of Sigil, If your suggesting this happened because of the problematic individual within our ranks then let me reassure you that I am confident such a decision would not be made by just one individual and that other ranking members of the Harmonium were and are no doubt in agreement on the decision that was made at that time. Your investigations purpose was to help identify potential threats to the law and order of Sigil and to help in arresting and prosecuting them, we will act immediately upon any arrest warrants you draft from this point on in order to deal with these threats, and as I said we appreciate your concern over the events of the past, but please rest assured that any and all troop deployments of the past present and future will be as they have always been, examined in detail by the officers in charge of such a task. We do not take our roster deployments lightly, especially in light of recent events as I am sure you have noticed with the recent increase in security measures.
Again, thanks for your concern but the decision to withdraw from the hive ward was before my enlistment date but as I said, I am utterly confident the decision was not made lightly.
As for "falsely arrested" part of your statement...well...that's your task to figure out, not ours."
