All three enter into a medium sized room. The middle of the room has a nice rug. This room is well kept and used regularly as there is no dust or dirt buildup anywhere in the room.
Lined on wall to the left is a weapons rack filled with longswords of a different variety.
The right side of the room has a large bookcase filled with ledgers.
Straight ahead is a simple wooden desk with a unlit lantern and to the right of the desk is a big chest that is pad locked.

Lucia goes over to the weapons, takes out the tome on weaponsmithing, opens it to a rather dogeared page, and begins to visually examine the weapons without touching them.
// Some possibly relevant base skills scores for possible skill rolls after casting necessary buffs: Appraise - 7, Craft Weapon - 24, Lore - 24.

"I know." Hograth continues to look through the ledgers. "If you like we can have some namers move this stuff to the vaults later. But first I want to see if we can find something interesting here... before some high ups wrap everything in red tape again."

Caterina smiles.
"On the subject of red tape we are currently evaluating wether it is within the public intrest to prosecute a case against Sir Locke and the rest of the suspects from operation buzzsaw. So the Fraternity will be requiring the evidence."

Lucia, engrossed in examining the weapons, absentmindedly replied to Hograth.
"No, Notary Hograth... I can't open a lock that is engaged, unless if I used a blunt object to demolish it, such as a stone."
As she continues to examine the weapons, she takes out a notebook and writes down all the properties of each weapon that she examined, all the while flipping through pages of the tomes and verifying that she is using the right terminology and conventions in her descriptions.
She then turns to Caterina. "Lady Arnders, will my touching the weapons for further examination make them impermissible as evidence in court?"
