If Harmonium does their job correctly they will complain, if Harmonium doesn't do anything they will complain. To act on basis of complaints is not a way of leadership. Crimes of Cartel are well known and bunch of gossips aren't going to make their crimes unreal. They are going through the 5 stages of grief. First stage is denial and they denied their crimes for long time. Second stage is anger and they showed this with sudden burst of slaughtering villagers. Now they're in stage of bargain and mixture of depression. I'm sure we'll see the last soon. We will show unremitting devotion to the things we wish to see happen and that is the ultimate peace which in turn means multiverse free of this criminal organization that uses slander, bribes, propaganda, murder, fear and brutality as its trademarks, It was barely two months ago when half the Sigil were too afraid to speak in Bazaar because of Cartel and this Hildmor and now you're telling me that we should pity their petty organization? They deserve every single bit of this. If you have concerns of gossips, follow the gossip spreaders as they can as likely be in league of Cartel, they want to appear the shining knight and make us appear the villains. And public just loves conflict, they probably would love nothing more than shoving other factions against Harmonium, they don't want end to this war, they just want more flashy war.
