Rhistel paces around restlessly as he starts to gather details from the scene.
There had been a fight in there, even him could see that.
The arrow on the ceiling.
She tried to escape.
He brings his gaze back on the ground shaking his head as he walks toward Hograth and Kapaneus again.
"This brings us nowhere, it's a waste of time," he says, his tone dangerously ranging again toward the irritation. "Measure, I need items and materials. Unless the Barracks can provide me with them, I'll need to go back to my house.. I want to see what happened here, and I want to see it with my own eyes"

"Tell the Notary what you need." The Half orc answers, thinking about what he has learned. "There are traces of spellcasting and a confirmed Chaotic presence. You might to coordinate your efforts with our own casters."
Looking around for Kapaneus he then goes on: "I saw your friend using his nose, did he not? Perhaps he can pick up the trail here."
He returns his attention to the Harmonium casters. "Where exactly did you find those traces and can you tell me how fresh they are?"

"I think it may be a starting point, yes," he replies flatly, then at Hograth instructions he turns to one of the Notaries and describes them closely what he requires to cast a spell of Hindsight.
He would tell exactly where to find both scroll and focus at his home, should they not have them or should his house be closer from where they were.
He then goes back scanning the area, trying to learn more about the arcane traces present there.
The spell he wanted to cast was again an expensive one in matter of time: he NEEDED to be sure nothing was going to avoid its completion, and he needed to be before wasting more time.

The Notary leaves to get what Rhistel asked for. One of the Harmonium mages looks to the three of them.
"There is something not right here. Its hard to explain the magic is all wrong."
Rhistel would feel it to. It is as if something took the usual rules that magic abides by and broke twisted and warped then for their own chaotic ends.

He brings a hand to his head, shaking it in confusion.
That made no sense. Nothing made sense in those auras, and he didn't like it.
What if the spell wouldn't work? Was it really worth to waste an hour like that?
Hograth was right, afterall, Kapaneus' idea was good. They could still try and track her scent somehow, if not just simply try and track their movement outside, should anyone have seen them at all.
He turned to approach the Vampire again, this time not even trying to look at him. He was always judging him, and right now he really wasn't able to face it.
"Do you think you could follow from here? The air in the Lower Ward is awful, but maybe we can get more clues on the street... I... really have no idea."

"Something wrong? Hrm. What could have caused such distortions? A ritual or perhaps a spell or an item that has been twisted to serve some Chaotic purpose? Perhaps it is possible to find the source of that distortion?"
As a Ruby Knight Hograth is trained to work with the Mages and Clerics of the Jasidin faith, magic is nothing strange to him even if his own talents are minor ones.

The Vampire would appear to be distant in his search of the Warehouse, as if the creature was deep within himself during his own investigation.
" Someone has gone through ridiculously great lengths to cover up what has transpired here Rhistel. " The Elder would reply to the Half-Drow, crouching down to draw his index finger along an outline of Dust that gave the faint impression of something having been moved.
" However, Blood has been spilled here.. Not much to warrant a Death, yet enough to smell." He would recant, his gaze still staring off into the distance. " All of this... for one person. " He would continue, some minor disbelief and perhaps amusement, in his tone.
Slowly standing back up, the Nerullite would turn to Rhistel and Hograth.
" I am not sure how well our senses will fair against Sigil, but we can continue. That is; if you are finished here. "

"I'm almost sure this rust belongs to that Modrone," he replies to the Vampire as he walks away. "I've seen it shed this rust all around the Bazaar and the Root O'Nine warehouse. And the workman there told me it was with the group that had been hired for the 'kidnapping'... the ones answering to that... 'Finn' guy.
Why would they keep it with them I don't know, unless it really has something to do with the stolen Sensory Stone," he concludes with an annoyed tone.
If he did hear what Hograth said, he doesn't show, staring absent-mindedly at the ceiling.

" You'd think that being in the Center of the Multiverse would mean that you could find a decent piece of Woman that wouldn't require kidnapping. " The Vampire would continue on with the Banter as the Harmonium went about their business. " Suppose folks just like to make their Lives Complicated for absolutely no reason. "
" Did the man you spoke to see this 'Finn' Character, Rhistel? Why care about this 'Sensory Stone'. " He remarks, obviously not knowing what a 'Sensory Stone' is.
" Don't you have some magic that will let you search for those involved, or see the place... Or let you look through walls. You know, Wizard-Stuff? " He would shift his weight while still leaning. " You know, track down those who helped. We'll murder them one-by-one until we find the one responsible."

Rhistel almost face-palms at the Nerullite remarks, groaning uncomfortably and forcing himself to just remain in silence, until the other changes subject and asks his questions.
"They had no idea, but if that Finn was with the group, then I have seen him myself, along with all the others. And no, I have no idea what this Sensory Stone is about. Nine Hells, seems like not even the Sensates know what's inside that piece of crap..."
At the last inquiries of the Vampire, he then drops his arms along his sides, and simply stares at him blankly.
"Sure, of course. I can look into their pants if you want. Each of them. I can also have a tour in their houses and see what they had yesterday for lunch." He replies with cutting sarcasm, clearly not even minding the murder suggestion and completely forgetting Hograth's opinion on the matter could differ. "Still, everytime I fail, a hour is gone. And you really want me to tell it aloud?
You do not kidnap a woman to keep her with you forever," he concludes, moving his gaze on Hograth.
