He would respectfully escort her, along with several other Orcs by his side, to the passages that lead back up to the surface with a friendly pat on the back and a final warning to stay out of UnderSigil affairs...

Chari goes into UnderSigil and starts asking question to the local populace about a band of mercenaries named the Barmy Oregano Thugs, a large orc named Crazy Edgar and about someone named mother.

She uses her skills of diplomacy when asking these question and tells those that she questions that she is investigating a murder that occurred here a few nights past.

Report From Justicar Sendra, Harmonium Investigator to Measure One Charles

It is with regret that i write this report, It seems that the Anarchists have continued to maintain there hold one Measure One Diana. With the aid of Counselor Hildmor we contacted several people to get more information. Jacob Slim was of use as well as Brother Candor. After getting attacked by a gang of thugs trying to take Jacob Slim out. We dispatched them after we gathered information. And learned they were affiliated with Dove Inc. We then proceeded to the Hive Ward without counselor Hildmor.
We heard a woman scream.

Tylanne a barmaid also a Air genasi was being attacked by thugs for her knowledge of M1 Diana where about's. The group rescued her and we captured two dwarfs it would have been three but Vorgazar committed murder and slew the first one i had managed too capture a gnome that seemed to be the leader. As there were only four writs which i had two and collect the third from Troady a goblin. The fourth is in the hands of a half drow by the name of Center along with a badge of Dove inc. She left after being asked to turn it over.

Once we entered Dove Inc. I disarmed many traps. But not all of them it seems. Anarchists are fond of explosives. We were confronted by a choice pick the right Diana before they both were piked to death. Turns out they were both killed any ways and neither were the real one. Then we were attacked by several Diana's. Illusions all ,the anarchists are getting crafty. We dispatched them and the hidden voice told us have fun dieing as she tried bringing the place down around us.

We escaped. But before we did i managed to recover one of the anarchists badges. It is well warded. Divination does not seem to work on it. Figures but it's what i would do as well. I have retained the three writs i have collected. As the case is unresolved and they are warrants for Diana's rescue. I will turn in the one piece of evidence and the dwarf's should be delivered by Vorgazars men.

I would advise that someone teach these Iron Tusk how to behave on the surface. There actions cause more harm than good. Two prisoners instead of three. One piece of evidence one in the hands of a half drow probably associated with the Iron Tusk. If there are any further questions please send Measure One Kordiva or Chari to see me.

Also on a side note Measure One Kordiva meet us outside because of the structures collapse and asked what happened. I told her that the building was coming down. But she sent her men inside pretty much to die it seems. This action is obviously not what a Measure One should do. So i put her on report for her actions. Fruitless waste of man power is not excusable.

Measure One Amaku Yamikaze has returned to duty, she leaves her notes by the desk and upon learning recent transactions, seems quite dissapointed with the state of the Harmonium.

It goes without saying the Measure was a close friend of Tonat Shar, she mourned for him quite greatly when off duty, and adjusted herself when on duty to adapt to new Mover Killeen Caine, at least untill some means of reviving Shar or returning Sarin to his possition could be uncovered.

Caine seemed to be doing a surpisingly good job of restoring Harmonium trust. Some reports indicated he got quite close to the men, even going as far as to give a few personal troops his own favoured benefits, still, Amaku didnt entirley mind, as long as the relationship was entirley professional.

Tonat Shar was practically like an adopted father to the Hive Child turned Measure One, now that he was gone, it really was up to her and Chari to maintain the moral highground of the Harmonoium.

Her first possitive action was to restore morale by communing with her fellow Measures and Notaries, she immediatley contacted Chari in hopes of speaking to someone with experience in raising morale and well, being a paladin compaired to Amaku who was only so effective as a CO, it paid to have experience from others.

Amaku also made sure to deliver the note from Arcadia she was given specifically to hand to Mover Killeen Caine and no one else.

It was left with Measure One Factotum Charles, who had been spending most of his time so it seemed off the desk where Diana took over his role once more.

Indeed, it was starting to look up for the Harmonium...

Old friend, undoubtedly you've heard the news, I am returning shortly and id like the Harmonium in pristine condition when I arrive, there's going to be alot of work to do from what ive been told!
Well thats the fun of the matter, some cutters in Sigil as ever always causing chaos or starting a fire, gives a paladin the motivation to put it out with a good kick to the face of criminal scum!
Anyway, do take care of proceedings, I will be here imminently, oh and be sure to promote activity in the ranks, we need recruitment up and we need heavy increase of presense in Sigil!

I hereby submit my resignation from ranks of the Harmonium.

While I understand that both the Harmonium and the Celestial Host are inherently Lawful gatherings, an exact way in which servant of the Hebdomad is expected to follow the Light or tenets we were created to uphold can not be followed whithout falling in conflict with being a part of the Harmonium. I can not follow the Law at the the expence of Mercy.

I have no other choice but to conclude that I'd have to fall either as a Namer of the Harmonium or a Deva of the Hebdomad.

Therefore I choose calling that is part of my Planar nature.

Today I spoke with a woman at the Bazaar about a supposed crime.
She was non-collaborative at first, but then she saw reason.

Her name is Jill, and she said she was working with a berk (as she called it) named Svilnor. He hired her, in fact.
Svilnor wanted her to convey a package from one place to another, but at some point she got paid with fake cog coins.
When she confronted him, he got angry and tried to stab her.
She reacted, and killed the man.

Given her open defiance against the Harmonium, I highly doubt she was sincere: actually, it might well be possible that she hired this Svilnor guy and -when she tricked him and he realized that- she decided to dispose of him.
It is either that, or a witness. If so, she might know more of what transpired and what was inside the packages she moved... plus, you don't create fake currency out of the blue.
I await orders about how to proceed with her.



Namer Dorian Mernos

A report is given from Dorian Mernos, one of the Namers, to the attention of whoever is in charge of Cinnamon's case and to the Factol.

"The woman called Cinnamon Sundae has been found.

She complied to pay the fine of 500 jink with a planar Xaos coin, a parrot, without making stories. Still, when I told her that she had to be apprehended for the trial, as the warrant stated, she fled in front of witnesses resisting the arrest. I grabbed a deposition from all of them, and I'll leave a copy here. I hearby ask that this indictment falls on her as well: she did resist an Officer, afterall, even if just a Namer.
In any event, I collected some evidences. First of all, I got an autograph from her... because she believed I  was a fan of hers. In any event, I believe we can use it to confront her handwriting in the eventuality she decides to write things anywhere.
It seems that Cinnamon has been spotted in several Planes, clearly accustomed in planeswalking. According to some, she is vulgar and calls people as "half-breeds" and incites fighting between people.
She apparently has "mind problems" according to a witness, since she can't contain herself: thus she kinda wants to sell her soul to a Devil called "Sharruk" to be less hyperactive, and possibly the devil Reina would buy it from him to teach her the error of her ways.
She seem to have visited Rhistel, a mage, very often. Sold her gems and lessons of some stuff. The witnesses are: Nathand, Kotaro, Mackenzie, Arath.

Given the informations, I decided to visit Factor Rhistel Aidan of the Fated.

He seemed to be cooperative since the start. Last time he saw her was two cycles ago. He was away for work as Interplanar Relationship, since that's what his position offers. He arrived few hours ago. He wasn't aware she was wanted. He knows Cinnamon has some contacts between people, but strictly professionals as much as with him and Reina. He exchanged services and everything is paid in full. He seems to know the woman Cinnamon mentioned as 'Kaltia' during her escape (given Cinnamon words during her escape, Kaltia seem to have suggested to NOT going to the Harmonium and letting the waters calm down), suggesting her surname is Tsaryov. She seem to be the owner of the Wild Side located in the Undersigil Village. She was recently admitted among the Guvners: if that is right, we might want to have a word with this woman. Following this trail seem to be worthwhile pursuing. According to the Factor, Cinnamon is a peculiar experiment carried out by some other individual that presents golem traits. Factor Rhistel suggested he will tell the girl to present herself at the barracks if he happens to see her again.

I leave here the forms about what the witnesses saw, when I tried to arrest the woman.

A special commendation has to be given to the body called Mackenzie Blake, that kept me updated through sendings so I could keep following the 'fugitive'."

Mackenzie statement:

Earlier this cycle I witnessed Dorian Mernos seeking Cinnamon Sundae. At first, he just wanted to inform her of some minor charges being brought against her. She ran from him, toward the Lady's Ward. Later, Cinnamon was near the fire at Dion's in the Bazaar. Dorian was there as well, drinking some tea. He eventually left, but soon returned saying he had orders to apprehend Cinnamon and that she was to await her trial while in holding. Cinnamon said, "Kaltia said this was a bad idea. Cinnamon is under strict order to not let that happen." And then she took off toward the Clerk's Ward. Dorian followed after. I was unsure what to do, and just sat and let Dorian do his job. A few moments later, Cinnamon ran into the square to say goodbye and then took off again. I watched her head toward the sewers and sent Dorian a message to let him know where Cinnamon had been last seen.

Arath the Mystic statement:

Witness to seeing the crazy woman named Cinnamon that rude to all be attempted to be served warrant and to pay fine for crimes. Then resisting arrest after told she to come in. She cast haste after saying she under strict orders to not be captured by Kaltia and ran to the sewers.

Nathand statement:

I just see the girl that she resist to be escorted to the barracks and haste spell and she ran off.

Hiba, Kotaro statement:

On the night of the 2nd Low of Nihilum, 135Ha, whilst exchanging words with Mackenzie Blake in the plaza of the bazaar, namer Dorian Mernos has attempted to arrest the person named Cinnamon Sundae. She has resisted arrest and stated that she was under orders of one "Kaltia", that she is not allowed to be arrested before she ran and attempted to flee the scene and her arrest.

That was the extent of what I witnessed.
