Rumor quickly travels through the Harmonium ranks that recently a paladin named Kamine brought in a patrol leader and four guards who had been, without authorization, performing sweeps of the Hive and rounding up Indeps and Xaositects without any formal charges. There are some that think this was a good things, others that have no comment, yet others who are angered by the breakdown in authority. But, regardless, soon enough it is verified to those with an ear for such things that these men are indeed custody, and that the charges against them have not yet been dismissed. While everyone makes what they will of it, it's clear that these events have caused a disturbance in the ranks.

The rumors are not confined to the Harmonium either, and the Indeps in the bazaar do everything they can to avoid patrols, hiring mercenaries to protect themselves, clearly not trusting the Harmonium an ounce. The Hive itself is nigh unpatrollable now, with dead Hardheads regularly showing up as word gets around. Already a dangerous place to start with, the patrols are upped to thirty men strong to prevent any more attacks.

Nick Kenset volunteers to take on the prosecution of these bad seeds assuming that it will not be a popular assignment but knowing it needs to be done.

A missive is left for Nick that he is authorized to pursue this issue, as well as to call upon the resources of others that he works with as necessary within the faction to bring the matter to a close quickly before another disastrous incident occurs.

Even though she was on temporary sickleave, Amaku looked even more troubled to hear the idea that right now the last thing the Hardheads needed was "internal" problems.

She worried greatly for her companions despite having qualms with some and compassion with others. She hoped for the best and decided to do a little Private Investigation work behind the scenes.

Nick is willing to take any aid offered at the moment he is collecting statements from witnesses and using a cleric to cast zone of truth to get the best statements possible

While Nick is busy with his portion Chari looks to try and track down any other Harmonium that know or socialize with the "deviants" in custody. Moreso, she questions their friends to see if they had any violent behavior or tendencies.

Shaken as the prospect, she believes that this isn't the first time this group has engaged in such behavior.

She quickly pens a notice and has it delivered to the Factol:

Factol, no doubt you have heard of the accusations of a Harmonium patrol. I would like to state that being Harmonium we are held to a higher moral and lawful authority as we enforce the very laws that are handed down by the Guvners.

The suspects in question should not be shown any leniency and their punishment should surpass their transgression. We lead by example and we must show to everyone, especially the citizens of Sigil, that no one is above the law nor are they allowed to twist it to serve their own deeds.

If possible, i would like to question the suspected criminals to shed light on the subject
