Notary Jenkins tosses what amounts to a scrap of parchment on the desk of his superior officer and then heads home for the day.
The parchment simply states:
"Human Male, found in Lower Ward, missing head, naked, sent off with Dustmen for further study"

The Notary walks into the barracks, and heads over to his superiors office. It seems while at dinner he worked on his report so he could turn it in immediately. The following information is listed within the sealed scroll:
Victim Description: Female, possibly with blond hair as that were the color of the hair found by her body which I've enclosed for review.
Injury Description: The cut severing the head from the body seems to be clean with no jagged edges or tearing of flesh. Blood loss, quite severe, having lead to a puddle below her.
Action taken: Sent body off with a Dustman to see if any further information could be found.
