To whom it concerns,

I'm writing to inquire after the case surrounding Khazeet's supposed assassination attempt of Bleaker by the name Odette Viexpont. While I understand that recent occurrences in the Hall of Speakers have made that entire territory something of a difficult spot to tend to, the attempts connection to the Mimir serial killer case would warrant looking into.

As this issue likewise involves victims from both of our respective Factions, I would request an update on the matter, and as always offer the Red Death's assistance.
