Brought in by a small congregation of Harmonium, a bald-headed man rife with facial tattoos is delivered to the Barracks. Looking worse for wear, several large bruises and bloodied nicks about his person, the unconscious figure is stripped of his arms and armor and tossed into an anti-magic holding cell for processing. Similarly enchanted cuffs claim his wrists, the cell door is barred and locked, and the guard keeps a bored eye for signs of movement.

Official reports and subsequent details have yet to be filed regarding the man's personal details and his capture, though he remains available for Harmonium questioning during the processing period of two cycles. Registered check in states that he was arrested by one 'Namer Beladra' and that, in addition to recent disruptions of the peace, the humanoid was witnessed as consociate to the wanted criminal known as 'The Gray Vizier'.

After the night of lichhunt was over, Nica proceeded to the barracks to handle with the paperwork and add to the said accomplices charges. She makes dismissive notion of her part in the capture, results, not glory.

The man in question is also identified for crimes prior to being an accomplice to the Gray Vizier. Prior report is named under "Aggressive Tax Collecting". Conclusive list of potential charges, based on recorded criminal activity is as follows:

FELONIES:
    -Crime Spree [/li]
INDICTABLE OFFENSES:

(against Iym'zebey, Argent and everyone they assaulted during their capture) -Association (Gray Vizier crimes, and crimes of the mindflayer) -Destruction of Property (Sign owned by Altair) -Domination (Attempts of enslavement within the Under Sigil, legal conflicts over jurisdiction pending.) -Resisting arrest, two counts. (Two separate cases in the Great Bazaar.) [/li]
SUMMARY OFFENSES:
-Dangerous Behavior -Disrupting the Peace -Unauthorised Use of Harmful Magic [/li]
Their badge can be used for identification considering prior dialogue with Factor Rhistel Aidan where I attempted to pry for their identity. At leats any registered identity within the Fated.
She also submits secondary report over the course of the events during the lichhunt.

I was raised to the alert a little late, having been handling meeting with factor Argent of the Sign of One prior to it, but the meeting was cut short and I lunged to join the chase. Though it took me a while to gain quick briefing over the situation. Gray Vizier had been sighted and sizeable number of planewalkers as well as Harmonium were chasing them through the Lady's Ward and to the Lower Ward. The group were suggested to fan out to find them. A discovery was made that they had entered the Plane of Earth, a blockade of Harmonium and planewalkers promptly emerged.

The Sigilian laws jurisdiction ended at the portal, meaning the Harmonium would not enter. The planewalkers were debating what to do from there, I did mention that destroying the lich would yield little results as would a capture without proper safekeeping, as they had managed to escape holding cell as well. There was some confusion but the planewalkers did eventually enter, but soon came out. As did the Gray Vizier.

The Gray Vizier said that it was after the Mimir Killer and would return to captivity afterwards. I gave them no deal, despite objections of some of the Harmonium, he had his chances after he surrendered and could have expressed their intents to assist there. But the Harmonium does not negotiate with the criminals. If he wishes to do so, he'll have to do so without the Harmoniums blessing. They promptly retreated back into the Plane of Earth seeing their attempt of diplomacy had failed.

Several moments went past, until the Gray Vizier and its accomplices, the Fated and the mindflayer attempted to break through the blocked. My priority target was the Gray Vizier, and I charged at them despite their strong acidic protection aching me at every blow. Being brought to a devastating condition I demanded the lich to surrender one last time, instead it used some kind of necromantic power to vitalize it and managed to flee while being constantly under attack to the Plane of Fire... its accomplices however had not been as lucky as they were still fighting among the planewalkers and Harmonium. I turned my attention to them to take them down.

The mindflayer managed to avert my gaze too well, and the fated warlock appeared intent to hurl pain at my direction, so I made them my priority target. With the assistance of namer Beladra d'Phiarlan, he was dealt with finally. Seeing the mindflayer still at large, I left the Fated to Namer d'Phiarlans capable care, and charged after the mindflayer. Attempts to get it to surrender failed, and it managed to flee from the pursuers after a few wards. Presumably it had used some form of magic to achieve this.

Regardless, one out of three has been captured, and the other two are left with a strong reminder that they are wanted.

Name:
Currently Unknown, Fated badge acquired for identification.
Chargers:

1 Resisting Arrest
1 Association
1 Failure to comply with a lawful order.
1 Unauthorised Use of Harmful Magic
1 Dangerous Behavior
1 Disrupting the Peace
Witnesses:
Numerous Unidentified bystanders
Two dozen Harmonium guards
Measure One Nica
Event Recount:
I arrived at the scene late to find roughly two dozen harmonium surrounding the portal to the earth plane. Measure One Nica filled me in to the situation and i took up position near the portal awaiting further orders. After a few moments the Lich stepped out and attempted to strike a deal with the Measure One Nica, That he would return to captivity once the Mimir Killer was found. A few local planeswalkers supported his plea for vigilantism. Measure One Nica however did not accept this plea and he fled back into the plane of earth.

After several moments the Gray Vizer and his two accomplices fled from the portal a fight ensuing in the Lower ward between the three of them, Local planeswalkers and the harmonium. after several moments of battle the lich fled into the plane of fire and attention turned on his accomplices who had fled towards the hive. As i turned from the plane of fire i saw the mindflayer fade from view through some form of magic. Having no means to see him i followed Measure One Nica who was being assaulted by the warlock. I used this distraction to get up behind him and strike him knocking him out. At Nica's instruction i then waited for reinforcements to collect the warlock as she chased down the mindflayer, Shortly after his removal i moved to catch up to the Measure One, But i was to late to properly assist and the mindflayer managed to escape.

Possessions found: Tattered robes, hand and feet bandages, Fated Badge. Character actually should not have any other things on himself, but banking is not allowed by engine.
The Badge seems to be a someone else's possession, being severely damaged by fire, with stains of blood on it.
Use: Fiendish Resilience 5 (Su)

Sorcerer remains calm. All time in jail he spends in his meditation, and would ignore any questions or interrogation atttempts (unless they will use any kind of force). There is nothing left of his wounds, which regenerate extremely fast.
It does not seem, like the criminal is bothered at all, even more, it seems, like he is satisfied by such outcome of recent events.

Measure One Nica issues additional guidelines for the holding cell. With the non-cooperation of the warlock in question.

"No one gets let in or out without a written clearance from someone of at least measure in rank. No keys will be allowed to the holding cell area, so as to prevent any chance that a mind-control by their accomplice in crime, the Mindflayer, could attempt to free them. Any release will be conducted only via official channels and under supervision of at least two of a rank Measure or above.

Anyone acting strangely around the holding cell area should be deemed a suspect, but not be allowed to be lured into a trap by them. Instead call in for back up rather than go investigate anything causing you to leave your post. And obviously the doors will be kept locked at all times, and only one of them may be allowed open at a time.

If this will be found insufficient, incase an alarm is sounded within the holding cell area, the Barracks should go into a full lock down, until sufficient high-up gives all clear for it. Incase of emergency, feel free to knock the prisoner out to assure they remain pacified, but avoid trying to kill them, naturally without entering his holding cell or opening the door to it.

And just to be clear: we do not have mindflayer or lich visitors to the prison unless they are in shackles and stripped of all of their possessions and tossed in, to make company for the warlock himself.

We have had quite enough prison escapes already, and this one bloody stay inside."

Once sorcerer ends his meditation, he calls one of guards to attend him: many hours without having food or drink are not going too well for him.

Late in the second cycle of the warlock's imprisonment, a small raven-haired woman pushed up the glasses upon the angular bridge of her nose and moved to enter the Barracks. The intense stare of her gaze weaved about the interior of the foyer for several moments in silence before she approached the waiting Measure; fiendish appendage trailing behind her. It is then that Nithri Chersk, an Administrator with the Fraternity of Order, requests permission to speak with the prisoner and view the charges made against the man.

The tiefling finds herself directed toward the cellblock under the watchful eye of not one, but two, accompanying guard; one of whom proves to be subtly handsy in frisked search of her person. After a brief conversation with the prisoner, who decidedly offers only the minimum by way of cooperation, Ms. Chersk scribbles down several notes. Expressing her reserved gratitude with a mere dip of her head, she allows herself to be escorted back to the lobby wherein she asks after Measure Nica Kelter.

The Guvner occupies herself with reading over the charges and relevant information whilst she waits.

It takes a while for Measure Nica to be reached as she's called from active patrol, but she returns in her official Harmonium equipment to meet the administrator in question. Removing her helmet, revealing the angular and rest-stern expression with scar over her left eye. Inclining her head in greetings at them.

"Administrator."

Offering her right arm for shaking, while the left one kept her helmet pinned against her side.

"How may I help you?"

Though polite in formality, the tone was tense enough. The blue eyes trying to size up the Administrator with a level of scrutiny.

Pushing the glasses up her nose as they once again started to slip, the tiefling woman shifted only slightly under the scrutiny of the Measure, professionalism drawing her lips upward in a polite smile. Reaching out to grasp the woman's hand with her own, the only callous thereupon borne from quill, she offered a stoic nod and withdrew her hold a moment later.

"Good cycle to you, Measure." the Administrator greeted in a rather dull tone, her light words mismatched with the drone of her voice. Clearing her throat, long nails drummed upon the file in her hand as she spoke. "I have been contacted and sent on behalf of the Fraternity of Order in regard to the recent detainment of ... the unnamed prisoner" she went on to explain, gesturing to the hall from whence she came previously. Upon her lapel, badge gleamed under the harsh light of the building's interior.

"Administrator A10, Nithri Chersk" she introduced with another small nod, promptly opening her folder to shuffle the papers within. "Furthermore, I have been designated as liaison until the appointment of a lawyer can be found for both parties and sent to collect the required information that will see the charges brought before the Court in fair trial, as the accused is entitled to." A polite smile rested on the tiefling's lips, though it was one that lacked attachment enough to reach the amethyst core of her eyes.

After a moment, she procured a writ stamped with the wax seal of her faction and presented it to the Notary. "We move to request that the criminal is released on bail of five thousand jink, under strict instruction that he not leave the city, nor cause any further disruptions in the lead up to Court date. As you well know, violation of such would result in the expulsion of emancipation and the render of judgement without the need for trial. Please make this very clear."

"Will you be standing as prosecutor for the man's crimes?" Chersk went on to query without pausing for breath, droning on for several moments that one might wonder if she ever planned to stop talking. "Or," she added, the light at the end of the tunnel, "Are you in need of representation?"

Finally it seemed as though she was done, and the Guvner fell to silence as she awaited response.

Retrieved Badge - The Documents

No direct reply follows Measure Kelter's communication to Factor Aidan, yet, later that same cycle, a parcel would be delivered to the Barracks.

The parcel contains the documents associated to the given badge number, and they refer to a body named Hilurk Axedane, a tiefling and a Fated Namer.
Axedane was reported to be missing some time ago ((date included in the document)) and several weeks later, his name was added to the deadbook.

The Fated badge in his possession was listed among the missing properties, and attached to the documents there's a copy of the report the Fated submitted regarding this issue: using the date and record number on it, the Harmonium would easily find a match in their own archives, probably among the cold cases.

Along with all the documents, there is a formal request for the badge to be returned to the Fated as soon as the legal procedure regarding said object is concluded.
