Wererat Murderer in the Hive Ward

A mercykiller was offering a bounty to planewalkers to investigate, why a Mercykiller, I never got an answer from them. Regardless the case was to track down a killer wererat whom was accused of eating the corpses. The leads were a little hazy, mostly by the waterway and near the bottle and jug. We did eventually find a clue as a bloodpool and a tooth, there was also the owner of the Bottle and Jug getting questioned, but only conclusive answer came an hour later after one of the planewalkers concluded their tracking spell.
The spell lead us near to the stairs descending to the Ditch and there to the Under Sigil. We entered the house after debating a plan and ensuring that there'd be no escape. Despite initial intents to capture the wererat, they gave us little choice in the matter, and were put down as a self-defense. Within the house was found an enchanted bag with limbs inside it. The residence didn't seem suitable for a wererat in longterm. However investigating the house further I discovered a journal.
Within the journal was described that they had changed just two weeks ago and it had become ravings of a madman where it kills drunken victims and eats them. There were no indications of other wererats being made, for now.
