Cotton and Itsuyashi make their way to the harmonium barracks. A rather shaken halfling clad in green offers a recounting of events to the Measure.
"A friend and my self had been at Cookies getting something to eat when a, uh... red giant came in and tried to rob me. He had tried once before though I didn't get a good look at him either time. I was, uhm... too afraid. The person I was with -Taj- managed to fend him off and I kept all my money. There was some fighting but the giant fled."
Itsuyashi should be able to give a description, though."

The samurai approaches the measure at the front desk, in escort to the green-clad halfling, and bowed his head as he began.
" The Giant a few minutes prior to the attempted robbery approached my stall, wanting to do trade, so I got a good look at his appearance. He is a fire giant, average height for their species, wearing tan brown leather armor and boots. Orange hair and beard, and a greataxe on his person. There was a scar across his chin, and his tone of voice more rough. While it is not much to go on, and we were unable to get his name, I would like for this person to be apprehended.
I will also commision a few people to keep a look-out for this giant in hopes of assisting to search for him in aid to the Harmonium. "
