A report is filed by Altair of the Indeps with the Harmonium desk clerk, the wolf looking furious. According to him, Pain has been seen in the Bazaar with a mental domination on a erinyes he was commanding to impersonate and slander Cornelia, and that he was physically attacked with a drawn weapon by said impersonator. When asked to prove how he knew the Cornelia was fake he shouted "D'you fink I wouldn' know th' berk I agreed t' be a mount fer?! Shift yer arses an' see 'im scragged, or I'll do it my bleedin' self!"

Noted witnesses include Namael Altha'niel and Char.

After the case is filed, Notary One Nica studies the sparing notes. Then mentioned to the superiors "I know both of these troublemakers, I'll see what's up."

"This case seems to be much hearsay, however it'd seem that it is not the only case where it has happened. Apparently there was also a case of Horned Devil and an armed skeleton with similar results. For reasons that are beyond my comprehension; Pain actually has some people speaking for him.

Pain said that he was not behind the incidence, but that doesn't mean much. I'd consider him at best untrustworthy. A factotum of Sign of One and a Factotum of the Society of Sensation have both spoken against him and the sheer amount of people believing he is behind these, even in the seeming absence of exact evidence, I decided to let him walk for now... but that we would be pressing charges against him and let the court decide once and for all.

The moment an incidence of similar trademark occurs, we should arrest Pain under suspicion regardless.

i was minding my own business in bazar when i saw the merchant Pain arriving , trying to sneak cloaked under invisibility, but as my magical sight can see through things such as invisibility, illusions, alterations of forms, his stalking didnt work.
Pain wasnt alone, he was leading a erynie and her skeleton in tow (((if actually present))) through the bazar toward a stall in particular.
Pain thus stalked to the bench where some of his , i assume, friends, were loitering by, sat and dismissed the invisibility, leaving the erynie by the stall which usually Cornelia uses, albeit this erynie  didn't set out wares nor trade signs .

The erynie was trying to impersonate Cornelia, also an erynie, but as with any individuals they dont originally look the same, and the erynie's attempt to impersonate cornelia's appearance, couldnt trick me. As said, an effect like the one of true seeing can see through several things that others lacking it cant spot.
The erynie started to talk and act in such a fashion that could  be considered mocking and unmatching of the original cornelia, insulting, with the purpose to slander Cornelia in front of less aware people.
I didnt respond to the rambling and provocations the fake cornelia was putting up, knowing well it wasnt the real one i didnt need to share much words with her.
When i called Pain out on his trick, tossing him a couple of insults, by which he was unphased, and i said that wasnt cornelia, he denied, and the erynie yelled offensively at me, claiming she was  the original; but  this claim was that of a impostor trying to persuade despite the flawed imitation, and the need to reiterate what was in  truth a false identity
She wouldnt use undeads either, as it is against her beliefs.
The real Cornelia is a good friend of mine, i know her enough to discern her from a parody such as that erynie,  she wouldnt behave with me like the fake one did, nor she usually keeps an hostile or mocking attitude like the false one did toward whomever who would pass by.

I imagine theres no reason for me make some story up unless its the truth. My cycle started with visting the plaza to see to extracurricular activities when I see the planar, the eyrines standing under the favored stall of Cornelia while a sodding undead guarded at their side. The creature was making all kinds of non-sense comments, having believed that perhaps Pain been feeding her devil weed. With my crystal clear memory she mention going "derpy dur derp" and then turning around and calling Altair "dogge".

It was a poor impersonation attempt at best for those of keen hearing, and along if it been the merchant Cornelia, she always greets me at the Time Prince.

Now we start questioning the one thats tagged "pain" and in his only defense he keeps saying hes not the one doing it. That he was being blamed. Id have benefit of the doubt if this had not been the first time a planar creature under domination been brought to our Sigil , with him close in tow. As a Magi, it was rather obvious magic was at play, a creature without its wits and having trouble holding its equipment up.

Not soon after the questioning, Altair walks up to the Planar to check her out, she pulls out a necrotic blade and shanks him hard. Do to the assault the hostile creature had done, then other bystanders assaulted her back, till she was forced back to what ever depths she been dragged from.

Further note, he changed forms to hide in the clothing of another woman, while claiming he was innocent of any wrong doing.

I say this, thats about close as manslaughter you can get, bringing somebody under domination , ruining their pride as a devil then letting them be slayed for amusement is despicable .

The other instance was bringing a horned devil and letting it go bezerk , about two weeks prior.

Further review should be inquired, as this individual was part of a attempted "rescue" crew fro the hostages in the Old Spirit Inn taken by the fey. Reports are he intentional recharged a ritual circle , turning loose a mutated balor, who is now still at large.

Pain has promoted lawlessness in the Bazaar and provoked Harmonium several times in the past. Having turned into black smog he came near me with an aura of ill-feeling. This man will not learn until he has been made to face justice, in doing so I inquired if they desired to be arrested. They responded with further provocation, I no longer have time for their disrespect and open disruptions of peace, so I gave them a chance to get themselves arrested. They resisted and kept provoking. In his smoke form, I have no tools to arrest them.

I suggest open posters all around the Bazaar, and I have taken the initiative to get them in the print already. In doing so, a public bounty will ensure that those with the capability will get them arrested properly, and make no mistake. He has made many enemies already.
