Recap of the Incident:
Subject comes walking out of the Barracks after Following Notary One Kelter while she was delivering a Body to the Coroners Office. Immediatly starts out by insulting Notary Five Reynolt to which he responds with a query as to why he was being insulted. No apology was given and afterwards Continues to insult the notary. Notary one kelter and Rhistal Aidan comes out of the barracks, when all of a sudden the Subject pulls out a Vial of green gas, which it breaks into the Street, affecting Notary Kelter with a type of laughing gas. Notary five Reynolt attacks the Subject in order to Neutralize. The subject Resists and the fight escalates resulting in Several Wounded officers that came to assist from the barracks building.
Subject was Neutralized, Gagged and Tossed into the holding Cells.
