//Note, i am writing this as if chris does not know about notary nicas message to to Junathoraxus, as it came directly from the big honcho up top and i am unsure (though im assuming a measure would know of it) if the message is publicly known right now.

It has come to my attention from a staggering number of sources, some credible and some not so much that your behavior while in public has become problematic. Your over all dedication or lack there of to a number of influential groups, your statements to the public including some well known and questionable sources of information have sown chaos and confusion among the public view of yourself and this the harmonium which you claim to represent every time you set foot onto Sigils streets.

I am going to be requesting a formal inquiary into your activies in sigil since you came to our city, especially your activities in the recent times, up to and including the fey incursion of Sigil. I will be talking to the higher ups among our order, and I will be conducting an investigation aimed at sorting all of this public upheaval out and figuring out what is just whispers and what may actually pose an issue to the stability of this organization.

By my power as Measure One, and as the officer largely in charge of new recruits, and general troop management and logistics that I am hereby suspending your patrols and duty postings until further notice, further more I am placing you under an order of silence, you are not to have any communication with SIGIS reporters, or any reporter for that matter. I am also forbidding you to have any interaction with any member of any faction in regards to any OFFICAL matter with out a Notary One OR higher ranking officer present.

You may still of course interact with the public and your associates, but you are to stay free and clear of any involvement with the major on goings and affairs of the city until such a time as the above mentioned investigation can be completed and any possible threats or instablities that your public behavior has or may expose this organization to in the near or far future.

Maybe you should take a vacation until things cool down, i hear Elysium is nice this time of year.

I am taking this matter very seriously and i suggest you should as well.

If you violate your suspension in anyway shape or form, the punishment will be very severe.

The main reason i have made this decision is, in truth...to determine your loyalty which according to many sources, is being questioned by many many people of late. When you signed up for the harmonium, you signed up for our way of life, our dedication to harmony. If you join the harmonium you join a way of thinking, a way of life, this isnt just a day job.

And right now, I have serious doubts as to your understanding and acceptane of that fact. We will get through this, just be patient.

After hearing of the dragons words to others and his attempts to rouse other soldiers within the organization into what he calls "action and unification", he does indeed respond to the Factols letter.

I urge you, as a long time measure of the organization and someone who keeps a close eye on Sigil matters, I urge you to reconsider.

I have no doubt you have heard of the dragons actions among our own troops very recently?. He has joined the Harmonium only recently and during a critical moment when many people already suspect division in our organization and now this coincidental new recruit ALSO preaches of division among us?.

Anyone can see this soldier needs to be isolated and contained while his loyalties and devotion to us can be confirmed and reinforced. If he was a truely dedicated soldier then he would know that we are solid in our goal, our purpose and our solidarity and that anyone, outside or from within who seeks to even question our chain of command and our functionaltiy will not be tolerated. He has blatantly accused us, to OUR OWN MEN IN OUR OWN COURTYARD of basically being brittle and corrupt.

Keep him on active duty if you will but I urge you, for the sake of our organization his preaching and mongering need to stop and I STRONGLY suggest that you at least allow me order of silence to be placed mentioned in my previous letter to still be upon him to prevent him from causing any more damage either within our ranks or among the public!.

I guess what I am saying is keep the dragon on patrol of you wish, i will respect your decision no matter what, i for one have proven my loyalty to our cause, indeed our very way.

But hell the sake of Harmony put a muzzle on the damned dragon before he breathes any more fire.
