Indecent A
A citizen came to me and reported violence in the Inn and requested my assistance.
When I entered the Inn I saw The Ashen with weapons drawn on an unarmed citizen Mir. I requested the violence end and the swords put away she refused I informed her she was under arrest. At this point she cast a darkness spell on the area and used it to flee arrest.
Indecent B
I was in the Bazaar when I saw The Ashen with the recently released Harmonium Chari (it was later made clear that she was their to negotiate terms of freeing Chari from her magical influence). As I had a warrant from earlier I proceeded to serve the warrant. The Ashen attempted to use her control over Chari as blackmail and a bargaining chip to escape justice, she also ordered Chari to interfere with her arrest which Chari did as best she could while still being non violent at this point i restrained Chari. The ashen then assaulted me and repeatedly resisted arrest after the struggle she was also restrained. At this point she made it clear that if she was not released she would not release Chari from the magical collar she had placed on her to control her in some limited way. She also implored the crowed that if they did not rise up against me that she would somehow bring harm to them or their friends.
When no one took her up on her offer she struggled some more and at this point some magic was cast that unmade the collar around the neck of Chari. I escorted both to the Jail.
