The Fraternity of Order requests permissions to enter the Barracks upon official business to conduct an investigation regarding the apprehension, detention, and release of the Indep known as Altair. This is a only a procedural investigation to determine and preserve the quality of protocol within the Triad and comes with authorization of the Bureau Chiefs to be administered. Please advise to your earliest convenience for this.

To those whom this concerns within the Triad

I have authorized Administrator Xander Grail to conduct an investigation into the matter of citizen Altair. His task is to review the matter and ascertain if proper Protocol, as defined under the law of the city and recognized by the factions within, was properly maintained. The investigation is not to decide guilt upon any member involved, it is to ensure the proper procedure of Arrest, trial and execution of justice was required and, if so, was maintained. Please afford our representative the respect and assistance he deserves while he conducts this audit of our agreed protocol.

Request is granted, All documents in regards to the arrest will be forwarded for investigation at your leisure. However as Altair was retained as a suspect and no charges formally placed by the harmonium, The jurisdiction remains ours. Any findings are to be forwarded to the Factol directly.

/// Yeah, that was a bonehead moment on my part. I actually realized that after the post and just forgot to go back and edit it.

Upon arriving at the Barracks, Xander greets the Factotum respectfully at the desk and offers his credentials. He then states his business and requests to be directed to their administration and record keeping. Once there he speaks to the notary on duty and asks for relevant documents related to the suspect and charge. It comes as a surprise to him that the Indep wasn't officially charged as he was lead to believe. He gives a subtle, inconspicuous shake of the head and notates the names of all those involved. He suspected (and hoped) that it wouldn't take long to gather what was needed to settle the investigation swiftly.

A short letter is sent out to both the Mercykiller and Harmonium Leadership. It explains the results of the Protocol Audit conducted by Administrator Grail. In short, the Audit had passed with only a few minor irregularities. Both Factions are thanked for their assistance in the Audit. It is signed off by Xander Grail and accepted by Bureau Chief Seph.

A copy of the entire Audit is included.
