New orders are given to all Harmonium members to increase activity within the Bazaar, any issues no matter how small or large are to be reported to factor Tonat Shar immediately. The reason for the increase are not revealed however some rumors spread through the ranks about missing merchants

Hearing of the recent incidents Hograth asks around, talking to troopers returning from duty, trying to find out how the general mood on the Bazaar is, what might have happened to the merchants.

Notary Maedius reports that while there was an incident involving a disagreement between two fiends on the merits of civilization and its strengths, something which was kept civil by the timely intervention of a gentleman named Altair (whose reputation in the community is highly respected), there have been no incidents involving missing merchants.

However, the presence of so many guardsmen, rather than reassuring, has increased the anxiety level of merchants selling their wares. If only because no one knows why the Harmonium are present.
