Complaint Filed Against Mr. Shroom

Officer to take report: Taria Ju'ein
Suspects: Mr. Shroom
Charges: Harassment, Intimidation, Threat to use an organic hallucinogenic attack weapon
Location: Bazaar Ward, center of main area
Date and Time: Nightfall, 2nd Void of Savorus
Witnesses: Scarlet
Victim: “Kaye”
Summary of Situation/Events: Mr. Shroom was witnessed threatening to release hallucinogenic spores on the victim, twice. The first time was not in front of the witness, the second time was. The Mycanoid was within the length of a merchantÂ’s stall in regards to the victim at the time of the threat according to the victim and witness.
Course of Action Pursued: The officer present recorded the event the morning of 3rd Void of Savorus.
Recommended Follow Up: Informing Mr. Shroom that such attacks will be prosecuted to the extent of the law.
Closing Comments: Although the accused did not actually breathe on the victim, “Kaye” is a recovering addict and this does appear to be a case of harassment and intimidation. It is the recommendation of this officer that he be informed of the law and encouraged to refrain from approaching or threatening the victim.
