Kordiva already humilated, spent most of her time in the hive doing what she had been ordered, it was essential they found Diana as soon as they could. Maybe this was a good distraction.
Indeed, no one learned of the little shame that had occured for the Harmonium, it had been decided in the best interests to keep it a Faction Only Secret, even then, they made it tight as the nine hells themselves to prevent anyone knowing of Kordiva's little... mistake.
Kordiva however used this time to get away from the main barracks and spend more close time with her personal guard. Ever since the incident that had made her open that one eye of hers, she had become a very different woman, behaving very quietly almost shyly of her duty.
Still, today was like any other day, searching the Hive for insurgents, when something shocking came across her path.
"Halt men!" She cried. "I see something in the distance..."
It was foggy today, her vision already impaired with one injured eye, the smokescreen had made it hard to see as her men remained guarded and close.
A young figure emerged in tattered rags and beaten apparel, coughing as a pair of glasses fell onto the floor shattering hard.
The womans complexion and age, her details were perfect, as Kordiva looked shocked, she approached sceptically.
"It cant be..."
She raised the woman to look her face to face, it was! Diana The Guardian, the Factions most essential Harmonium informat, right before her eyes...
But the reports? The Claims? She was a dead woman? This made no sense...
Still, something in Kordiva kicked in instinctivly and without any second consideration, she had her Notaries carefully carry Diana away to saftey, while looking sceptically to the fog.
A Shocking Return...
