[font=mistral][size=100][u][b]Small Complaint[/b][/u][/size][size=75] [i]Hi Harmonium! I would like to place only a small complaint after incidence I witnessed within the Great Bazaar of one of your members actions. I noticed a modron to be arrested without proper reason, it used some kind of light beam to inspect me, and while the light did shine into my eyes, it was harmless. I would like that a representer of the Harmonium gives proper apology to mister Divided By Zero, and any sentences lifted off or reimbursed. Also I would like to note that the said modron was kicked by a big meanie orc which was entirely ignored, I find this rather discriminating against the modron kind and uncivilized in our fine city of Sigil. Certainly even the modron can have their place to live here in peace despite their difference? Lastly, I do not want you Harmonium to think that I am yet another citizen that does not appreciate the great work you place to secure the safety of the common people. It warms my heart to know that some fine souls are working their best to bring a better tomorrow for us all! We all make mistakes, it is not stupidity. Stupidity is not to learn from them. Purity as the arresting officer is made aware of the complaint.

Dear Measure,

In response to the complaint levied i refer back to my original arrest report.

To qualify further, I deemed that the bright light could be harmful to light sensitive beings and its incautious and use upon citizens without permission was a breaking of the law. If the citizen had been sensitive to light then they may have suffered. The Modron was brought in, given a small fine, and a caution against using the light without permission.

As for the Orc who allegedly kicked it, i was present when it allegedly occurred but i did not witness this take place. Nobody pressed charges regarding this and the Orc when questioned denied it.

If I have erred or failed in my duty will of course submit myself for disciplinary action and give a full apology to the Modron in question and repay the small fine that was levied against him.
