Wanted for Attempted murder: Chastity Sunshine

Dear Measure One Chari,
Honey, its a tragedy. My sister, Chastity promised me that she would behave while she stays in Sigil. However, i have testimony and conclusive proof that Chastity attempted to kill a citizen, Kara Exile, today in the Bazaar. Fortunately the attempt failed.
The motivation is unclear, but it seems related to the business between Fargul and Jiro, although knowing my sister this could be just a ruse or diversion.
Upon discovering that it was my sister i ran to our rooms only to find her missing along with her most personal belongings, weapons, and armour.
I hope she has fled Sigil for good, after all she is my sister, but if not, then she is a danger until caught. I believe we should issue an arrest warrant for her.
Please advise hon, i'm quite distraught here.

A note is delivered to Purity post-haste
Issue an arrest warrant for Chasity and get a statement from Kara. I will speak to the Red Death and see if they are willing to help in apprehension of Chasity

A statement from Kara was already written and has now been delivered to the headquarters.
Purity spoke with the duty warrant officer and an arrest warrant has now been issued.
The arrest warrant as left on Chari's desk was covered in tear stains.

A note to Chari from Purity
It appears as though the Mercykillers can stand down over this arrest warrant. To my everlasting relief it appears as though my sister has left Sigil for good. Her letter attached will explain wrote:My dearest darling sister. Due to recent events, that you are well aware of, life here has become uncomfortable for me. But Loki appeared to me in a dream. He told me to leave my life here, and come to him naked in his home. He told me he has great plans for me and that he can use my talents in the nine worlds.
Therefore i leave all my possessions to you and go to meet my lord.
Fare well sister. May we meet again before Ragnarok
I found the letter on my bed along with all her clothes and other items. It appears that she took Loki's instructions literally.
I will pray for her well being but can only hope that whatever Loki's plans for her are will be thwarted. ((OOC: Wanted to continue this story but instead need to reduce the number of characters i have - again.))

\\ I think I need to point out that Kara has never referred to herself IC as an exile while in Sigil.
\\ if asked to give her name on an official report she would give her real last name.
