*A pale, young girl of about 17 years comes to the Barracks, bearing a scroll addressed to a certain Factotum Char**(( OOC:not sure if Chari or Charles)). She's dressed in fitted dark robes, and has a skeletal left limb, plainly visible with her lack of gloves. Her face is as blank as a sheet of parchment as she hands over the scroll to the deskman without comment, and exits the building.*

To: Factotum Char**

I was instructed by one of your Measures to file a report of last night's events in the Hive, near the Tattoo Parlor. My statment is as follows.

I watched a group of four people- a red skinned succubus, a elven mage, and two cloaked figures- converse on the bridge over the Ditch. After a few minutes, the Succubus and the Mage moved down the street, past both the Harmonium blockade and the portal to Nishrek. They stood there a while. One of the hooded figures approached the blockade. At the same time, the succubus began to shout that she was being attacked by an invisible person. Two of the Guards rushed over to her. As they were distracted, I lost sight of the hooded figure, and saw the elven mage run past the barracade as well. The Succubus then tried to pour a potion over me, and accused me of assaulting her. Before the Gurads could respond, an explosion occured at the barracade, and the two buildings on either side began to go up in flames. I saw the elf mage run through the path between the buildings again. As the two guards ran for help, leaving the Succubus, I walked over closer to the buildings, and cast a few Ice Storm spells to quell the flames. I am uncertain as to the attacker, but I was then hit with a stunning spell, and a form of Bigby's Hand that battered me into temporary unconciousness. When I woke, the four, plus a Harmonium Measure, we around me, and the Measure was asking for an explanation. He nearly fell over during the questions, so I helped tend his wounds. I was then insturcted to write this.

Chari reads the note and sighs. Someone must pay for her fallen brothers and this is not the first time that a outpost was attacked, at first she had thought it was Anarchist.. But now.. And a succubus in the equation is not a good thing. She pens a letter to Measure Kordiva.



From a letter i recieved from a namer within the dustman faction, it seems that a elven mage and succubus are our only leads into the burnt outpost. Find this red skinned Succubus and have her questioned throughly. And also, take Notary Annavhak along with you, she can use the experience to learn from and add some more savy to her arsenal. And also, i would like for her to aid you in your campaign. Perhaps her presence will spook that demon into revealing something. As usual, keep me informed.

When she finished the note, she has an assistant deliver it immediately to Measure Kordiva, then she looks back to her stack and paper work and she sighs.
