Warchief Vorgazar, Magistrate of Undersigil has decided that the Anarchists offend his person with their disrespectful behaviours. He could deal with them himself but has decided that it would be beneficial for relations with the Harmonium to communicate with the Harmonium regarding as he calls it, "Smart stuffz."
The Warchief respects that the law enforcers of the surface have had much experience in dealing with those who give respect to no one. As his quest in the undersigil region is to allow total liberty and freedom to the populace so long as respect is shown to him, those who cannot respect the liberty and freedom of undersigil should be subject to the laws of the surface.
