Officer,

In a recent decision I have been given the Authority to preside over your case. You are expected, in full, inspection ready uniform, on *time that we decide on sat night*. I expect you to arrive fifteen minutes prior, prepared to testify and answer any questions I may have. Any and all evidence that you wish to submit with your case must be submitted one day prior to the hearing. I will review late entries; however I will most likely not allow them. If a witness cannot be present for the hearing, a Guvner-Notarized copy of their testimony is also acceptable.

I am certain you have all received letters from the Recruit over his idea of us meeting to discuss this issue. I have decided to make this the format of the hearing. All members will be present, and all will be heard together. You are permitted a Guvner representative if you wish one appointed for you. As this is an Internal Affairs case, I have strictly deemed that only those necessary to the hearing will be present. This will be a closed hearing. If you have any Objections to this Hearing, within reason, submit those Objections in writing to me, as soon as possible.

"Investigator

My colleagues and I are in the middle of an off-duty situation that may take time. I will however try my absoleute best to meet your time standard, but I cannot promise anything. For similar reasons, Officer Chari is also going to be with me at the time.

I say the word officer, because put lightly, I believe she deserves it. I know that circumstance lead to affairs but it was my incompitence, not hers, that pushed the hand of fate.

Had I been more asertive, more aware of my actions and more careful with my choices, I think things would have been better achieved.

Do not punish Officer Chari for my mistake. No matter what selfless words she wishes to give, I was the incompitent party, as you say, I have no excuse for ignorance and I am prepaired to take the weight of my crimes.

Officer Chari just wanted to help the public, do the right thing and make the world a better place. I cannot condone her actions though I understand her choice of method was the wrong one.

I will say this much:

Chari has a fine record of astounding work to the Harmonium. Check her achievements yourself, prior to her involvement with Ashen, you'd have never met a finer officer.

She deserves her place amoungst the Harmonium, and I fully wish to defend her actions if no one else will.

On that note, if such actions are compliament to your feelings, and that you believe that her incompitence was a result of misinformation, then let it be known that I was the one that misinformed her of rights as I myself have been ill informed of my own abilities as a Harmonium Officer.

If misinformation is the guilty party at heart here, then know that it has been a plague throughout our organisation. Something I have strived hard to organise in the first place.

But without proper resorces, effective doctrine instructions, and proper military code... I cannot establish these things.

However, I fully respect your judgement on the matter. But I would grovel and ask in honesty. Please, do not punish Chari for my mistakes.

She does not deserve to loose her possition amoungst those keeping justice.
