Dear fellow Harmoniums.

With the latest events around The ashen a lot has changed in the Harmonium order.
I have noticed personally with talking to everyone that there is a lot to be said to eachother about this event involving trust issue's and unclear circumstances.

therefore i like to call upon each one of you to sit down around the table and talk everything out like the adult people that we are.
The reason for this is that when everyone is back in there position that we can form a strong unit again and can learn about what happened in the past.

I would like to do this inside Harmonium walls with everyone present at a said time

the stipulations for this conversation is that it will be held inside a circle of truth made by me and Chari to make sure that no one can lie and we can talk everything out.

i hope that we can all agree with these stipulations and with this kind of thing cause after this it will only make us stronger and i know that we can form a unit again as we have before.

Recruit,

I Admire your idealism and your outlook upon the current situation. With that being said, there are factors that must be considered if this meeting is to take place. The three individuals are currently under suspension and awaiting review from thier superiors. As long as they have the understanding that anything said can and most likely will be used in favor of, or against, their person in the upcoming rulings, they may participate. I will be there myself to observe.

I also wholeheartedly agree that when and if all members are returned to thier former positions, that unit cohesion is of top priority. When a unit works together, they bond and build trust, which will help to prevent incidents, like this one, from happening in the future. When you are free of your other duties as a recruit, please seek out the others and prepare the meeting.
