He hated days like that. Days when he wasn't comepletely sure of the outcome, be it well or nay. Ofcourse, there was a plan. He knew he'd get arrested as a result of that investigation, he knew it well but...he didn't exactly anticipate it to happen that early. Still, things were not leaving their perfect pattern, laid out infront of him, Hildmor thought. They were just taking the worst course, one which warrants harsh actions. A lot is already in stake, even if his plan goes amok it won't change the situation all too much... "It is how it is." he thought. He's in a cell, here and now..and he made sure that this time is spent well by his associates...

Ofcourse, there were lots of other thoughts as well. This situation was much more important to him than any of the Harmonium or Cartel members could even imagine...

Hildmor gave his cellmate a fake smile at some pretty dumb joke and went back to reading.

While in his own cell, he could just see Hildmor down the hall, and he chuckled at the irony of it all.

"Are you having as much fun as I am?" he asked, extending an arm through the bars to wave in case Hildmor didn't immediately see him. "Because this is flipping magnificent."

Shaking his head, he sat back down to wait for his bail to be set. It would be paid immediately, of course, and he would be back on the streets, but that didn't take the ire in his heart at bay. Silently, he made plans for the disposal of Notary One Mathias Greymane.

The prisoner meeting protocols currently are as follows:

- Meetings allowed only with Cratten Errocs permission. (However he'll grant those pretty freely under the other protocols unless found obvious reasons not to, so no need to ask me for real.)
- Any trinkets that may be deemed weaponry, armors or other type of combat based objects needs to be left out of the cell block, but be handed back when leaving.
- Two notaries will remain at all times in same room, however keep respectable distance for a limited privacy.
- Touching in any form disallowed without permission from the Notaries.
- Passing of any items or substance is disallowed without permission from the Notaries. (Any literacy is checked to prevent any scrolls or such being passed out, or hidden messages)
- Meeting time is 1 hour at a time, next time is next day. Request for more time needs to go through Mover One Cratten Erroc
- Currently the Notaries are informed to keep an eye out for average height pale human male and note down all the names of those, but otherwise do nothing further.
- All meetings are penned down with signature by those coming to meet the prisoner.

Charles sends a notice of request to Mover One Erroc. It requests the following on behalf of Hildmor DÂ’Kridis:

A private cell as a matter of precaution. Mr. DÂ’Kridis, through many business deals in the very competitive and cutthroat business of Planar Mercantile and trading, has amassed many competitors who would love the opportunity to catch Mr. DÂ’Kridis locked in a cellÂ… defenseless and unarmed. It would take very little to insert another offender and stage an accident. It would be in the best interests of the Harmonium to ensure his safety by permitting this request.

Mr. DÂ’Kridis should also not have to suffer beyond the basics of civility. He should be supplied with tobacco and rolling leaves, as well as tea and suitable food. As you can no doubt agree, he has become accustomed to a certain level of dietary need and his body will no doubt reject any attempt to sustain him on a basic prison diet. This would cause his body great distress and would amount to cruel and unusual punishment to a prisoner not yet convicted of any crime.

Mr. D’Kridis also needs to have access to all files and papers that are provided to his council. This is to allow him to aid in his own defense by remaining familiar with the proceedings and up to date on his trial. He is a practicing lawyer and attempts to keep him “in the dark” about his own affairs would be nothing short of irresponsible and petty.

Mr. DÂ’Kridis also needs to be permitted to have daily exercise and bathing opportunities. To forbid such a thing would only bring the risk of disease and sickness to Mr. DÂ’Kridis and seeing that he has yet to be convicted of any crimeÂ… it would not suit the Harmonium well to be responsible for the deterioration of his health while under their care.

Cratten takes a look at the requests, then pens down a message at Charles, also sending the new orders for the Notaries to make it so:
wrote:Greet Ya Charles Goodman,

I've received yer request, and I agree with parts, disagree with others. Here is list of things which we will provide from yer requests:

- Hildmor d'Kridis will be provided a private cell, however he will remain in the same room of cells as rest of the held prisoners. He is not defenseless as I have placed two Notaries to keep watch at all times. All times.

- He will be allowed the same rights as all prisoners in our holding cells do. Which is three foods a day, our food. This ain't restaurant. If he has medical reasons to be uncapable to eat certain types of food, I will request a list of these so we can make due in our kitchen the best we are available.

- Mister d'Kridis will be allowed to smoke while in our courtyard for daily exercise.

- He will be allowed the case documentation after we open the case with Fraternity of Order officially, as will ye. We will give ye proper time to prepare before the date of trial. We have taken these necessary precautiouns to prevent any attempts to hide evidences before trials, but ye will be granted time to make proper defense case.

- Mister d'Kridis will be allowed daily visit of one hour in Harmonium Courtyard under our supervision with rest of the prisoners.

- Mister d'Kridis has right for taking same bathing turns as the rest of our prisoners. Which is once in the morning and once in the late evening.

Another order that is passed on quietly to the Notaries is to arrest Yuriy if he comes to the cells to meet Hildmor. But only after he's already in the Cell block.
