At the Harmonium HQ, at the central desk, fills out forms to apply for a Street Performer license. The act involves dancing, blade dancing, and sword swallowing, accompanied by music.
Also fills out the other ones to perform indoors. These forms are a bit simplier, and come in many copies, for business owners to sign indicating their permission.
Has the blades inspected, to ensure proper dullness.

Cratten takes the document to overview it, sets it on his desk after reading and walks back and forth in slow thoughtful pace within his room considering the possible ramifications and rulings... after a moment he takes a seat and pens down a reply to Alicia Winters:
Greet Ye Alicia Winters, We've received yer application and overviewed it. With a set of conditions we will allow ye to conduct this manner of business within public locations, conditions as follows: [b]Within Streets[/b] - Allowed to perform blade dancing and sword swallowing as long as such event is informed properly before hand, or a sign is out to inform and warn the surrounding Cagers.
- Allowed if performed within safe distance of crowd.
- Allowed with the inspected weaponry only. New weaponry requires a new inspection.
Public or Invitation Based Indoors Areas - Allowed with the permission of the owner of the establishment.
- Allowed to perform blade dancing and sword swallowing as long as such event is informed properly before hand, or a sign is out to inform and warn the surrounding Cagers.
- Allowed if performed within safe distance of crowd.
- Allowed with the inspected weaponry only. New weaponry requires a new inspection.
