Mathias's report states that Kris walked into the Harmonium Barracks asking that me notarize some legal documents. When asked the nature of the documents, he claimed they were an agreement about a sword which he took from one Ra'Zah Mona after beating her in a duel. There was no preagreed terms of victory spoils, and Ra'Zah repeatedly asked for her sword back, at which Kris told her she should have to pay him for it, and proceeded to accept a magical cloak in exchange for the stolen goods right in front of myself and half a dozen other Harmonium Guards in the middle of the barracks. When I began to read him his rights and proceed to cuff him, he resisted by retreating backwards then attempting to bolt for the door, at which point I restrained and cuffed him.
