Notary 2 Pepper Harowe pens a note indicating she will help if needed. She understands, however, if others with more experience are chosen.

And a message is also delivered to Pepper Harowes locker. Much like the previous letters, this one also is standard issue letter completed with Harmonium insignia. Contents as follows: <<sent as PM>>

Soon after another message is sent to Colo Lane, very much similar looking as all previous. Contents as follows: <<sent as PM>>

Alathra knocks on the door and walks in, looking rather different than the usual Measure with her somewhat revealing Hiver outfit, and leaves a folded report on Erroc's desk.
