A quick non-confidental report is filed.

Officers: Measure One Blackthorne, Notary Two Harowe.

Today two armed and pink-dressed berks going by the name of Dom and Lord Jach Sensbane of the Merkckhant Sect (self-proclaimed) attempted what they called a 'reverse robbery' in the Bazaar, where they were going to shower all attendees with gold.

Remembering how we spent nearly four days cleaning up the mess last time a pair of barmy bashers did that, I decided to put them on a short leash.

After the first warning, the one named Dom backed down. The other, however, continued his campaign and so we were forced to take him in. Making a quick call, I'd say the man has a mental problem. He is currently in lockup in our holding cells.

I hereby file for a Bleak Cabal representative from the Gatehouse to perform a mental evaluation and possibly detain him permanently, as this man was waving somewhat powerful magic about, and to put him out there once more could prove hazardous to ordinary citizens.

Also, Notary Two Harowe is to be commended for assistance in this matter.
