Contained herein is the first two interviews regarding the filed preliminary investigation regarding the case of Rithwarien Xilophes versus Rith. This case is currently under investigation, and Rithwarien is filing charges of Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Harassment and Threats.

"At any rate, I was assaulted with some sort of incendiary weapon by this guy, Rith, who fled the scene. I found him later and offered to settle the matter out of court, at which he scoffed, then insinuated he'd kill me if I did so. Kill me if I pressed charges that is."
