I have recently received a letter from Anarchist called Phoenix which for now tells me that he allows me to persist my funding of free education to Hivers, but I must take all precautions to ensure even the future safety of the younglings so I chose it best to leave a copy of this letter to your capable hands. I understand there will be no direct actions as it is not a direct threat, but it is best to remind of a possible future trouble.

Also I would wish to remind that at any case, I would rather not get a Harmonium escort as this would possibly only provoke Anarchist extremists to action which might result to further danger to the civilians.

Your attempts at intorducing education to the people of the Hive has not gone unnoticed. We are aware of your guidelines and your intentions.

For now... your effort will not be opposed.

However...

Should you or your partners be found to be instructing the people in the ways of the factions or in the ways of the church... you will be shut down.

For the time, however, you need not fear reprisal from those who support me or my cause. Keep your education to that of use for the people. Feed them open knowledge... not ardent philosophy, and you shall teach in peace.
