I didn't have the opportunity to express my regrets at the news concerning the loss of several officers due to that explosion in the Hive. I am pleased that you were not harmed. I am available if any of our services are required.
Unfortunately, I write this letter to you for another purpose. While I appreciate your efforts in recruiting new officers, I am dismayed at the lack of discipline by some. Just today I encountered one, Svenner Haakonsson, exercising his duties out of proper uniform. I'm sure that I don't need to explain to you the importance of such a thing, but this officer claimed that you gave him permission to dress so while on duty. Therefore, I must request that you continue to enforce article 143-01 of the Civil Obedience Act and ensure that all on duty officers wear their appropriate uniform.
