Report: Justicar Magnus

Where: Bazaar
When: A few hours before Anti-peak
Involved Parties: Justicar Magnus and a Citizen Merchant by the name of Once Cross, Aide Caelus Nin, Notary One Winter Xephyr'll
Event: Justicar Magnus approached the Citizen and his guards, and proceeded to harrass, interrogate, and threaten the Merchant. Aide Caelus inquired after the Mercykiller's Court Order permitting such behavior toward the Merchant, for otherwise the Harmonium would need to become invovled to break up the unlawful disturbance. The Justicar could not and would not produce such, threatening then the Aide and myself, saying "He was Justice, and needed no orders from our Courts." He then attacked the Merchant out of intense anger, but was stopped by the Merchant's guards. Then Sir Colo and other Notaries arrived on the scene as reinforcements.
