In the marketplace a blinding flash of light was seen, I had just embarked on duty but 3 minutes before-hand needless to say I was rather shocked. Rhethys Crimson was killed, reportably by Marius Darktale's gloves. It was obviously a message to Hildmor d'Kridis, Rhethys died nearly instantly and was reduced to nothing but a scorch mark where she had died.
I understand that being a Notary my suggestions may not mean much, but I suggest re-activating the bounty on Marius Darktale, before numerous other innocents are killed

I found Emeraldin Undren lying on the ground in a pool of her own blood outside Khazeet's bar, with the message "I am the second. A clever cutter, not the last. 'Till the last day, more will come" burned onto her back. I promptly healed her and assigned her to bedrest in the Foul Olde Spirits Inn. She is now recovering.
She has given me a description of Marius Darktale
A blonde man, of average height, in Chainmail armor and an Iron mask, He is also a warlock with a Black Serpantine staff
Marius Darktale will not escape justice, and he will answer to his Gods
