First Measures of the Harmonium

I send you this communication in the hopes we can prevent unneeded bloodshed.

Several days ago I made statement regarding our promised response and reaction to a supposed Gala that will take place in the Hive. In this statement I spoke of bloodshed being brought as this insult to the people of the Hive cannot be ignored.

As youÂ’ve learned in the pastÂ… I do not bluff.

I am extremely surprised that you would have no response to the situation or the possibility of harm to either the people or your troops. IÂ’m surprised that you would rather silently support the over indulgence of a few bloated nobles over the safety and security of an entire ward.

First Measure Chari, you and I have sat and discussed our philosophies at length. Yes, I understand revealing the fact that you and I have sat face to face without you striking out at me might be embarrassing to you and your superiors but I find it necessary at this point. You told me that you serve no master and the protection of the people is your first priorityÂ… keeping the people safe. Tell me, First Measure, how is remaining silent helping the people? How is supporting the indulgence of these few attendees protecting the people who will show up in force to oppose them? WouldnÂ’t stepping in and forcing a removal of venue for the Gala, into another Ward, be the proper action? This way lives are not risked by promised response.

You have the chance to stop the blood before it startsÂ… and as an olive branch I will agree to leave this display of greed alone if held outside of the Hive.

The next move is yoursÂ… agree to the simple request and maintain peace or support the gluttony of a few, sacrifice the safety of the many and guarantee blood.

Chari reads the notice then hands it out to her fellow Measure and has it passed out to her assembled squad. Pointing to a location on a map of the Hive Ward, she lays a single tact down in a location that is surrounded by houses.

"Here. The Mercykillers information is fresh and the best we have every gotten. Tonight we taken down both Strider and Phoenix. Rest up and take some time off. Some of us might night come back so i want you all to spend this time with your family and loved ones. Today... tonight, the Anarchists recieve a reckoning"

He announces to her squad who salutes her, she returns the salute, and they all pile out chattering among themselves. However, unknown to Chari one of her members watched her to well and made his way out.. straight to the Hive.
