Crake copies it all down as Sven speaks--every word, drafted with supernatural alacrity borne both of his own dexterity and the enchanted quill.

"I am particularly interested in Nylund's visits. When you were hired through him, which jobs were those?"

"Nylund? He came twice. Once when someone needed to 'disappear.' We helped him out.

"The other time, it was one of the cases where the berk just needed to be shown his place."

"This is most helpful, Jaas. I'll need the names of the victims, when they were slain, and where...and then I think you can consider yourself to be a good pawn." Crake looks at Sven and smiles, lifting his quill from the page, a bit of smoke faintly trailing off its tip from the rapid writing.

Sven looks unimpressed with the idea of being a good pawn, but he provides names and approximate dates for each of the jobs.

Crake writes it all down, asks for one more signature, and assuming he gets it he immediately goes to work pressing charges against Nylund, getting a warrant for his arrest, and giving it to the Harmonium Measure at the front desk, urging him to mobilize his people to arrest Eskil Nylund as quickly as possible, "before they give the cage the laugh." He'd then thank the measure, and ask to speak with Blaze Hefler.

Eskil Nylund is apprehended by Harmonium later that day, with great protestations and threats about counter-suits.

Crake asks the Harmonium to keep Nylund and the Heflers apart until their trials, being that they are both being charged in the same case and he has signed testimonial evidence of the attourney's guilt. He's not sure if it will work, but he asks. Then he heads to the courts to push for a trial as soon as possible... ((Will post in the Guv forum))
