A man with fair skin, dark-brown hair held together in a small ponytail with a mustache and sideburns, wearing plated lamellar with a mjolnir pendant and a blue-yellow tryzub shield pendant around his neck, brings in a man with dark skin, a tattooed face, and a plumed hat, tied by his hands and his shins.
"I am Oleg Semonov of the Holy Order of Russ" he says. "This man here is responsible for the poisoning of Reina, a merchant in the bazaar, with meteoric iron. He was apprehended in the Fat Candle in the bazaar, whereupon he was interrogated by the Mercykiller, Dace Andor. He was influential in advancing the Mercykiller investigation, and identified a man living in the Lady's Ward known as Raul Hefler as his contact. Mister Andor can provide you with more details."
He stays long enough to see the shady character taken into Harmonium custody and to answer follow-up questions, and then takes his leave.

The Harmonium ask Oleg for a full statement on the situation, and inform him that they can only keep him in custody for so long without charges being pressed by the affected parties.

Administrator A10 Crake arrives at the barracks shortly thereafter with the copies of the following documents in hand. The originals are filed with the courts already:
1) Charges filed on behalf of Reina against Raul Hefler for conspiracy to murder her
2) Charges filed by Crake on behalf of the city against Raul Hefler for conspiracy to commit murder, obstruction of justice, and attempt to intimidate Triad investigators.
3) Written Statements by witnesses Abwan and Katani describing the incident of Reina's collapse and the aftermath of her recovery.
4) Crake's own written statement describing the aftermath, tracking down, apprehending, and interrogation of the assassin in custody.
Crake then asks for access to the captive assassin, explaining his intent to obtain further written testimony.

Oleg complies, offering a statement in writing:
I arrived in the evening hours in the bazaar to find Dace Andor, Sharon Raynsford, Katherine, Usi'dora, Reina, Sevdi, Katani, Crake, and Zoe Galanis, as well as a few others with whom I was unacquainted. Sharon updated me on the situation while Dace and Katherine examined a trail of meteoric iron behind a bench in the bazaar and Crake and Usi'dora took Reina's cup to scry the poisoner. Dace visited the merchant Layla to identify the man's appearance, and Usi'dora and Crake located the man via scry at the Fat Candle in the bazaar. Dace, Sharon, Katherine, Usi'dora, Reina, Sevdi, Katani, Crake, another stranger and I all made our way there.
I sat with Sharon while Dace identified and then interrogated the poisoner. In exchange for allowing him to leave Sigil, the man identified Raul Hefler as the contact who hired him to poison Reina's drink, but Dace then qualified his remark, claiming that the man could leave if he could make it past the rest of us. Reina punched the poisoner in the face but then forgave him. After the others except for Katani had left, I moved to take him into my possession to deliver here. Katani and I entered into an argument; she was willing to let him go contingent on his leaving Sigil and never bothering Reina again. Katherine and Sharon entered, and the three of us tried and failed to persuade the poisoner to stand down and surrender into our custody, but he refused.
After Sharon left, the poisoner tried to escape. Katherine and I were able to subdue the poisoner, and I escorted him here. I hereby swear before Rurik and the Aesir that the events recorded are true to the best of my memory. May Tyr and Forseti insure the truth of my words.

On the 3rd Void of Narciss, Raul Hefler was apprehended at the Fortune's Wheel in the Lady's Ward, and escorted to the Barracks.

On the 3rd Lady, a very disgruntled looking Fated lawyer was seen leaving the Barracks. Word through the Triad was that the Heflers really wanted to get Raul out on bail, and the Harmonium refused, citing a high chance of flight.

On the 3rd Guild of Narciss, Blaze Helfer was brought into the Barracks for questioning. His crime? Bribing a Triad official.
His lawyer, Nylund, appeared soon after, to issue formal complaints that the Triad was harassing his client's family.

A few days after Raul's arrest, Mercykiller Factor Dace Andor showed up, in the company of Factor Sasha Andor of the Sensates, and Administrator (10) Crake of the Guvners. In their care was a....rabbit. Who the duo insisted was a polymorphed assassin!
After much confusion, the rabbit was indeed turned back to his true form. Following a minor security breach (in the form of a scrying eye), the prisoner was transferred over to the Prison. About a half hour after, Factor Andor (the Mercykiller, not the Sensate) came right back, with a new file and request.
Charges were made against a "Sven Jass", for "conspiracy to commit murder" against a Factor of Sigil's Factions (specifically, Sasha Andor). with a description of his features, as well as his last known/ reported location (the Bottle & Jug tavern in the Hive).

*Crake marches into the barracks and asks for a Notary Klax. Noting the hours when Klax is supposed to be in, he comes back when he knows the notary will be available and presents him with court ordered warrants for the arrests of Sven Jaas and Blaze Hefler for conspiracy to commit murder of a Factor, stating,* "This is important business Klax. Don't let us down." He provides Klax with detailed files including descriptions of the suspects, the addresses of the Bottle & Jug bar in the Hive Ward and the Hefler estate in the Lady's Ward as locations known frequented by Jaas and Hefler respectively. He also mentions that Hefler's Eldest son was arrested on similar charges recently at the Fortune's Wheel.

*The smoke from the end of his cigar wafted up towards the ceiling as Notary Klax removed it from his lips and he reached for his cup. His hands moved with an unhurried precision. Although the coffee had gone cold long ago, Klax drank it all the same.*
*Klax set the warrant down after having carefully read what was written, not once but three times. He got to his feet and made his way to the Market, where he haggled to secure a covered wagon, driver and horses. While Notary Klax was not a wealthy individual, he had clink and jink enough to afford such basic transport. His responsibility far out weighed the worth of the coins he spent to properly perform his duties.*
*Once the wagon was parked before the Barracks, Notary Klax went inside to secure the warrant, and russle up as many Named Hardheads as he could get inside the covered wagon. Only once the wheels were rolling, did he lay out his plan to those within.*
"You have all been Named, and this turning you will be part of actions that may make each of your names of Note. I have in my posession a Wareent for the arrest of Sven Jaas and Blaze Hefler. We are enroute now to the Hive where we will await their coming or going from the Bottle & Jug. Once I identify the individuals for which this warrant has been writ, it will be all of our responsablity to see them brought in. You need only wait ready and unseen until I shout out for the Warrent to be served....then it will be time for each of you to put the training the Harmonium has invested in each of you to it's proper use."
* Klax knew that any efforts to take swift and violent action within the Lady's Ward would be a grievous misstep, that would only spark a cacophony of chaos from all corners. The streets outside the Bottle & Jug would need to be where this battle to bring Harmony to the multiverse would need to be fought. The Hive was not an ideal location for him and his, though the cost of collateral damage was far more acceptable then if there was open fighting in the streets of the Lady's Ward.*
*As the wagon came to a stop near the Bottle & Jug, the waiting began. There was no action to be taken until Sven Jaas and Blaze Hefler showed them selves. The plan was simple. In time the length of the wait, and what came after would determine if the plan was easy.*
