A request for a guard post

*Crake visits the barracks for the second time this cycle and speaks with the measure at the front desk. He files a formal request that a patrol be posted at address of the tenements owned by Raul Hefler, who is in custody pending various charges already. He explains that the tenants have already been under duress and that he is organizing a class action lawsuit on their behalf against the guild of landlords. He suspects that they will be under further duress at the hands of thugs hired by those greedy takers, and that the intimidated tenants will be more likely to receive the justice that they deserve with the reassurance of a posted guard or two or at the very least a regular patrol visit. He thanks the measure in advance for the Harmonium's cooperation in this matter and tells him to "keep up the good work," assuming his request isn't flat out rejected.
