Report Of A Death Threat

A rather well armed and armored hobgoblin woman strides into the Barracks with purpose, walking up to the front desk and getting the stationed officer's attention.
I am here to report a threat of death that was meted upon my person. In the middle of the bazaar myself, two Doomguards, and a Guvnor were having a debate on the nature of the planes. Throughout, one of the Doomguards, a Death Knight, continually tossed insults my way, and the moment I insulted back I was called a lesser. I sought to give him a chance for him to back up his words in honorable battle in the Arena, in a fight that was not to the death and he said, and I quote, "I'll wait until you're alone, I should think. Flay off your flesh, and raise your bones to be my servitor. That will be a far more meaningful showing of force, I should think."
I do not fear this cretin, but I respect the Harmonium enough to allow you to deal with such unlawful beings threatening the city's citizens, and to not take the law into my own hands. If you have further questions on this incident, you can send a message here and I will respond when I can. I am called Lokra.
The hobgoblin leaves him with a note denoting her address then, unless stopped, she turns and heads out of the Barracks.
