Your squad was in your absence recently involved in the detention of Nostheroth of The Umber Scales.  Although the operation was ultimately a failure and the target was killed instead of arrested I am of the opinion a significant threat has been removed from Sigil.

Having read the reports from your troops it has come to my attention that your actions and guidance were instrumental in both removing the threat and ensuring the situation did not spiral out of control and the opportunity was not wasted.
