Also, I was informed that Bureau Chief Thornbrew is also possessed by the same beings.  It seems he is responsible for aiding Mover Beckett.  I suggest that he is arrested and kept for observation and questioning immediately. He is implicit in the actions of Mover Beckett.

Note: A tielfing named Rannia should be investigated as well. From the information provided by Justicar Charae, she is carving runes that may aid the invaders.

I have enclosed a list of names of Sigilians that provided information about the event. 

Barrakasra, Goes by the nickname Barry. Some type of undead.
Rond Undt, Quite knowledgable about the events and present since the beginning. I suggest futher questioning.
Udgum Wogshurd, He provided some valuable intel.  I suggest we send someone to question him about the type of beings we could possibly be dealing with.
