as you are aware Administrator Arnders and I are working to free a prime from the influence of hostile outsiders. What we first believed to be a demonic threat turned out to be devilish occupation (see appendix A for reports).

I hereby request Harmonium garrison troops in case we succeed pacifying this plane and restoring it to its lawful owners.

This would further our faction's influence as well as keep the plane under our surveillance, should anything like this happen again.

I also suggest to request Fraternity support so specialists can deal with all matters of Law should the devils choose to cause trouble in legal matters.

we succeeded at rescuing Captain Valla of the city watch who should be a valuable source of information. She was assigned a room in the Barracks where she lives as our guest while we debrief and question her.

To hide Harmonium involvement I went with two hired adventurers (see appendix I for their names and the reciepts for their payment) who proved to be valuable assets to this mission.

However a devil encountered there was already aware of Harmonium involvement which we shall keep in mind when we plan our next steps.

We have reviewed the information you provided in addition to having a personal briefing with Valla.  It is decided that is worth our time and effort to involve a garrison.  We are still going through the paperwork, but we will be sending an attachment to help the besieged world.  We will need to talk once again, the sooner the better.

Sir,

we succeeded at securing the city and destroying the devils holding it.

I want to recommend the troops and mercenarys involved for theit bravery and resolve.

Sadly I must report that we were shadowed by what seems to be an anarchist operative. She threatened and attacked us afterwards but we had no casualties.

Yet we shall stay vigilant and watch the situation carefully. I also suggest to inform the garrison left in the town about potential infiltrators and we shall monitor the portals leading to Sigil carefully.

I also suggest to once again investigate sir Loke's involvements with the Free League as Anarchist presence at a classified operation is highly suspect.
