The desk officer gives both of the applicants forums to fill in asking for basic information and other question.

The most important question (at least it has the largest space for answering) is a question asking how their view the law, and how they believe it should be applied.

*Grunty fills in the required paperwork, everything being as normal, the important question answered as follows*
Grunty thinks that laws needs to be followed cause if peeples not follows thems, peeples gets hurt. Grunty likes the laws, cause theys say that if peeples attack peeples like Grunty unprovoked, theys bad and can get arrested, sos theys not hurts more peeples. Grunty apply it by wearing uniforms, and watching peeples sos theys not break laws, and if theys do, Grunty arrests thems and sends them to Harmonium cells. Grunty also good choice of member because Grunty is kobold, and most peeples not able to tells us apart, sos Grunty can go places unnoticed whens not in uniforms. But Grunty mostly be bests for Bazaar, because he sees peeples break law there a lot, and thens they runs. Grunty eventually will gets spells that stops peeples from running, but Grunty still wants full plates uniform.

Laws are the birthplace of order and peace across the planes. Without laws and a firm hand to enforce them a region will destroy itself with conflict and chaos. I am applying to the Harmonium because they represent the peace I wish to see spread across the planes. By aiding the Harmonium, I help the cause of peace.

He calls over a Notary. "Get these two kitted out and ship them out to Arcadia for basic training and induction." *he lowers his voice* "And get one of the mages to the assess the intelligence of the kobold will you? Make sure it is actually sentient."
