I will await your response on this matter eagerly.

I appreciate your passion for justice, but vigilantism in any form will not be tolerated. Under rule of law, if you choose to not heed this warning, you and your associates will be arrested and tried in a court of law.
If you wish to help, legitimately join the Harmonium or Mercykillers, then offer your assistance. We do not sacrifice principle and lawful protocol for the sake of expediency. Alternatively, you may send me the name of the witnesses so that I may question them.
As for Raven's status -that will be decided by the Guvner's after evidence has been presented and processed, and will be posted in City records. Regardless of her status, only lawful officers of the Harmonium and Mercykillers will be allowed in her apprehension, if necessary.

((Things one and two: As far as I am aware nobody knows what CSS is and it's just what is written above the NPC heads. Just saying that it should be corrected.))
