Measure One, Nica Brianna Kelter, has taken liberties in legal interpretation to deny a prisoner her due lawyer during a questioning. And allow use of domination magic to be utilized against the prisoner to find information on their anarchist ties. However justified these actions may have been, or however necessary they appeared during an investigation on Factol Sarin's death. It is my general belief that laws and regulations should apply to everyone. And Harmonium cannot be an exempt on this.
