She proceeded to poison my dog with what I believe were my own stolen wares (Devils blood), and refused to cooperate with even cleaning up the mess left behind."

((Attached to Brindas's forms is a witness statement both corroborating Brindas's original notice and noting the following actions of the "kender"... The note is in legalese that only people fluent in Infernal can appreciate.))

"I, Filip of the Westminster Brewery, stand as witness to corroborate the claims Namer Brindas Defeign, of the Fraternity of Order, makes against one "kender" described in the attached documentation insofar as these papers stand at the point of the addition by this amendment.*

At the point of complaint, Namer Brindas Defeign, of the Fraternity of Order, was willing to forgo all charges against the "kender" in exchange for the accused simply cleaning a mess that occurred as a direct result of her actions. As the accused refused all culpability and openly defied both the law and the will of Namer Brindas Defeign to be compensated for his losses, the above charges are being filed. As an ammendment to those charges I, Filip of the Westminster Brewery, do attest that I have laid witness to the following:

This disruptive and disrespectful "kender" claimed immunity from responsibility for her actions by nature of being from a place known as Krynn. In addition to criminal trespass into the legally sanctioned temporary domain of the Namer of the Fraternity of Order known as Namer Brindas Defeign, the "kender" willfully attempted harm against the property and possessions, in the body of one canine known as Rocky, of the aforementioned Namer, by means of poison and assault. These acts were followed by further disruptions to the public peace and trade through dangerous behavior, loitering, littering, and possible theft** compounded by destruction of property.

Let these words stand evident of my support of Namer Brindas Defeign, of the Fraternity of Order, in this matter.
