Incident and degree of severity: Minor conflict - no casualties
Location and time of Incident: Khazeet's, Great Bazaar, 3 hours into Anti-Peak, today
Involved parties:
Incident began when the githyanki warrior mysteriously lost their silver sword (cause unknown, probably some trickster wizard) and accused the nearby kobold (Raka) of being responsible. Due to being clueless in matter of Sigil's laws and customs, the githyanki turned to violence but was quickly incapacitated.
After consulting witnesses and the two parties, I have issued a warning to both of them and took my time explaining the situation to the githyanki, afterwards pointing him to the sewers so he can get it out of his system. His sword was eventually found by a Godsmen smith, and returned to him. Should the incident repeat, I will not hesitate in bringing him in for a night or so, but first I will give him the benefit of a doubt for being clueless, and take any responsibility of his actions should they cause harm.
As a side note, Namer Sure Valla performed admirably in keeping order and finding a githyanki liason to communicate with the clueless warrior.
