You are under arrest for several charges which are as follows;
- Murder of the family of Judge Owen.
- Blackmail of citizen Natasha V'xtre.
- Holding registered citizen as a captive.
- Murder threats, plans and intents against several citizen of Sigil.
- Attempts to enslave citizen of Sigil.

Trials are currently pending, there is individual called Nimue Bellator whom claims to be your defense attorney, but so far has proved to be non-co-operative in proving her licences, identity, employment to serve you as legal council. She also has declined to take geas for matters of secrecy which means information we can reveal to her will be limited due to terms of witness safety we will have to ensure. Once the defense attorney is willing to show her credentials she will be allowed to meet with you for two hour meetings at maximum per day within this room."
